The Amazing Race 29 is the 29th season of the popular reality TV show, The Amazing Race. It premiered on March 30, 2017, and concluded on June 1, 2017.
In this season, 22 strangers were paired up as teams of two at the starting line. Unlike previous seasons where teams consisted of pre-existing relationships (such as family members, friends, or romantic partners), this season featured complete strangers paired up to race around the world together.
The teams traveled to nine countries on four continents, facing various challenges and tasks along the way. The teams competed for a grand prize of $1 million.
The season was filmed in late 2016 and took the contestants to destinations such as Panama, Brazil, Norway, Tanzania, and South Korea.
The winners of The Amazing Race 29 were Brooke Camhi and Scott Flanary, known as "Team Brooke and Scott." They were the last team standing and claimed the $1 million prize.
